Email Dayward supportA reminder did not appear
Open Settings on your device, choose Notifications, then Dayward, and make sure notifications are allowed. In Dayward, check that the reminder is still on and its date is in the future.
Sky cannot find my location
You can allow approximate location while using Dayward, or choose a place manually. Astronomical calculations are made on your device.
My data is not syncing
Confirm that iCloud Drive is enabled and that the same Apple Account is signed in on both devices. Sync may take a moment.
Can I move my data to another device?
Yes. Use Export backup in Dayward Settings, then Import backup on the other device. Keep the exported file somewhere private.

No account. No ads. No tracking.
Dayward does not include advertising or third-party analytics. Your quotes, countdowns, preferences, and selected place are kept on your devices and, when available, in your private iCloud.
